Our Mission Statement
The mission of the STAR Team is to support water safety and provide highly trained divers to support all Jefferson County Municipalities. The STAR Team shall be available to perform surface and sub-surface search and rescue of victims, search and recovery of remains or evidence, and any other water related service specifically requested by members of the Fire Service or Law Enforcement Community of Jefferson County. The services shall be available year-round, 24 hours a day through Jefferson County Fire Dispatch. | |
